CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE


Further to the Stock Exchange News Service announcement of 09 May 2025 and in accordance with
paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that Iain Williamson's
tenure as Old Mutual CEO ended at the conclusion of the Old Mutual Annual General Meeting on 30
May 2025, and he has consequently stepped down from the Old Mutual Board.
