RELEASE OF THE INTEGRATED REPORT AND INVESTOR ENGAGEMENT


Further to the release on the Stock Exchange News Service (“SENS”) of the Group annual results on Tuesday, 15 March 2022 and
the publication of the audited annual financial statements (“AFS”) for the year ended 31 December 2021 (“FY2021”) on Thursday,
24 March 2022, shareholders are advised that today the Company has released, for FY2021, its Integrated Report and related
supplementary reports:

Investor engagement

Old Mutual will publish a voluntary operating update in respect of Q1 2022 trading conditions in advance of the annual general
meeting (“AGM”) which is expected to be held on Friday, 27 May 2022. A further announcement relating to the distribution of
the notice of AGM will be published on or about Tuesday, 26 April 2022. A conference call to address any questions on the
voluntary operating update has been set-up for: 26 May 2022, 17:15pm, SAST. Investors and Media are invited to attend and
