ANNOUNCEMENT OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING OF OANDO PLC

The Nigerian Exchange Limited ("The Exchange") and the Investing Public are hereby
notified that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Oando Plc ("the Company") is
scheduled to take place on January 30, 2025, or on such earlier or adjourned date as
may be determined. At this meeting, the Board will, among other matters, review the
Company's performance for the fourth quarter of the 2024 financial year, consider and
approve the Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended 31 December 2024
(2024 Q4 UFS), and deliberate on the distribution of shares in direct proportion to
existing holdings or the cash value thereof on a record date to be duly announced
pursuant to the special resolution passed at the 45th Annual General Meeting of Oando
Plc held on December 17, 2024.

In compliance with the post listing requirements of Nigeria Exchange Limited for listed
Companies, the Company commenced a closed period for trading in the Company's
shares on 1 January 2025.

Accordingly, no insider of the Company and their connected persons may directly or
indirectly deal in the securities of the Company until twenty-four (24) hours after release
of the 2024 Q4 UFS and the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31
December 2024 to NGX and the public.
