AVAILABILITY OF THE YEAR-END INTEGRATED SUITE OF REPORTS AND B-BBEE ANNUAL
COMPLIANCE REPORT

Availability of the year-end integrated suite of reports

MTN shareholders are advised that the Company issued its suite of reports for the year ended
31 December 2024 on Tuesday, 29 April 2025. These are available only on the Company's website,
https://www.mtn.com/annual-reports/. As previously announced, the Company's audited financial
statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 were published on the Company's website at
https://www.mtn.com/annual-reports/  and on the JSE's cloudlink at
https://senspdf.jse.co.za/documents/2025/JSE/ISSE/MTN/MTNFY24.pdf on 17 March 2025, together
with the related unqualified auditors' report from the auditors, Ernst & Young Inc.

Included in the suite of reports are, inter alia, the;
• integrated annual report;
• sustainability report, which provides detailed information on MTN's sustainability and
    Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives;
• climate report;
• transparency report, which aims to provide insights into how MTN approaches governance of
    digital human rights and freedom of expression
• ESG Data Booklet;
• tax transparency report;
• 5-year financial review; and
• King IV assessment report.

Availability of B-BBEE annual compliance report

In accordance with paragraph 16.21(g) and Appendix 1 to Section 11 of the JSE Listings Requirements
and Section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) Amendment Act No
46 of 2013, shareholders are advised that the Company's B-BBEE annual compliance report and B-
BBEE certificate is available on the Company's website at https://www.mtn.com/investors-
shareholders/?tablink=b-bbee-certificate.

The B-BBEE Contributor Status for MTN Group considers both MTN South Africa operating entities, as
well as its group function. A Level 1 B-BBEE Contributor Status was achieved.
