 1.   Availability of integrated annual report


 Shareholders are advised that the integrated annual report, in respect of the year(s) ended 31 May 2023 and 31 May 2024,
 have been distributed to shareholders on 10 and 13 December 2024 respectively. The Company's integrated annual report
 for the year ended 31 May 2023 and 31 May 2024 are available on the Company's website: https://labat.co.za/investor -

 2.   Notice of the annual general meeting

 Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting ("AGM") of Labat shareholders will be held at Labat Offices on
 Thursday, 23 January 2025 at 10h00 for the 31 May 2023 year end and 11h00 for the 31 May 2024 year end, to consider
 and, if deemed fit, to approve the resolutions referred to in the notice of AGM (found on the company website:
 https://labat.co.za/investor-relations/labat-annual-reports/, with or without modification


  The salient dates relevant to the AGM are set out below:
