Availability of Integrated Report

Shareholders are advised that the Company's Integrated Report, incorporating the audited financial statements for the
year ended 29 February 2024 (the "FY2024 AFS"), which contain no changes from the FY2024 AFS published on
SENS on 27 May 2024 and on which the Company's auditors, BDO South Africa Inc., have expressed an unmodified
audit opinion, has been distributed to shareholders today, Tuesday, 18 June 2024 and is available on the Company's
website at:

Notice of annual general meeting

The Integrated Report contains a notice of annual general meeting of Exemplar shareholders which will be held on
Tuesday, 16 July 2024 at 15h00 at the Company's registered office, 204 Von Willich Avenue, Clubview, Centurion.

The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Tuesday, 2 July
2024, and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 5 July 2024.

Availability of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment annual compliance report

Shareholders are advised that in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company's annual compliance
report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003 read with the
Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act 46 of 2013, has been published and is available on the
Company's website at:
