ASX ADMISSION
Shareholders are referred to the announcements published on SENS on 2 June 2026, 8 September
2026, 23 September 2026, 29 September 2026 and 13 October 2026 regarding, inter alia, the
proposed acquisition of Antimony Ventures Europe Pty Ltd (“AVE”), the associated public offer under
a prospectus lodged with ASIC on 27 July 2026 (“Public Offer”), the 12-for-1 consolidation of the
Company’s issued share capital and the application for admission of the Company’s securities to the
official list of the Australian Securities Exchange (“ASX”) (together, the “Proposed Transaction”).
Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement have the meanings given to them in
the Notice of General Meeting dated 13 August 2026.
The Company is pleased to advise that Europa Metals has been admitted to the official list of the
ASX today and granted official quotation for the Company’s Shares under the ASX code ‘EUZ’, with
trading commencing from 16 October 2026.
As part of the ASX listing process, a pre-quotation statement and related documents will be released
on the ASX platform today and can be accessed under Europa Metal’s profile using the ‘EUZ’ share
code through the following link https://www.asx.com.au/markets/trade-our-cash-market/historical-
announcements.
Upon listing, the ASX will be the Company’s primary listing. The Company’s ordinary shares continue
to be listed on the AltX of the JSE as a secondary listing.

supplemented) and the Notice of General Meeting dated 13 August 2026, both of which are available
