RESULTS OF VOTING ON A WRITTEN RESOLUTION IN TERMS OF SECTION 60 OF THE COMPANIES ACT, 71 OF 2008


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 8 December 2023 with regard to the
submission of a written resolution to shareholders in lieu of holding a general meeting, which written resolution
proposed a general authority for the company to provide financial assistance to its related and inter-related
companies and/or the financiers of the group for the purposes of subscribing for options and/or securities, issued
or to be issued by the company or its related or inter-related companies, or for the purpose of any securities of the
company or its related or inter-related companies, to fund the activities of the group. The written resolution required
that a majority of 75% or more of Castleview shareholders vote in favour thereof in order for the resolution to be carried.

The Company advises that it has received written votes in favour of the written resolution totalling 85.7% of the
shareholder votes entitled to be exercised in this regard, and the written resolution has therefore been carried.
