In compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised of the following
transactions by associates of directors of the Company.

Dr CH Wiese and JD Wiese transacted in Collins shares off market in intra-group transactions. These transactions by associates of
CH Wiese and JD Wiese are intra group transactions and there has been no change to the ultimate beneficial ownership of the shares
subject to the transactions (the ultimate shareholder being the Christo Wiese Family Trust).
