CHANGE TO THE BOARD – RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR


In compliance with paragraph 6.71 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors of Cilo
Cybin ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders that Ms Lisa Teoh has resigned as a non-executive director
of the Board with effect from 7 April 2026.

The Board thanks Ms Teoh for her valuable contribution to the Company and wishes her well in her future
endeavours.
