Trading statement for the year ended 31 May 2025
In accordance with paragraph 3.4(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are
required to publish a trading statement as soon as there is a reasonable degree of certainty that the
financial results for the period to be reported on will differ by at least 20% from those of the previous
corresponding period.
Accordingly, shareholders are hereby advised that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that for the
year ended 31 May 2025 (the "Reporting Period"):
- Earnings per share are expected to increase by more than 20% (at least 14.50 cents) higher than
compared to the year ended 31 May 2024 (the "Comparative Period");
- Headline earnings per share are expected to increase by more than 20% (at least 14.73 cents)
higher than the Comparative Period; and
- Core headline earnings per share are expected to increase by more than 20% (at least 15.22 cents)
higher than the Comparative Period.
A further trading statement will be issued once there is reasonable certainty regarding the specific
ranges by which earnings, headline, and core headline earnings per share have increased.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or audited
by the Company's external auditors.
The Company's financial results for the Reporting Period are expected to be released on SENS on 27
August 2025.
