AVAILABILITY OF INTERIM FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

uMngeni-uThukela Water hereby notifies its debt investors that it has released its interim financial
statements for the six months ended 31 December 2025 ("Interim Financial Statements").

The Interim Financial Statements may be viewed or accessed on the uMngeni Water website at
https://www.umngeni-uthukela.co.za/.

Restatements

The Interim Financial Statements contain restatements for the prior year ended 31 December
2024 ("prior period") published financial results due to prior period errors relating to:

    -   Cost of sales has been restated for comparative period ending December 2024 in line with the
        prior period error disclosure on the Annual Financial Statements referred to in note 35;
    -   Errors in other line of related parties disclosure items; and
    -   Statement of cash flow: Additions to PPE – 31 December 2024.
