Requisitioned resolutions withdrawn

On 15 August 2024, BHP Group Limited (BHP) advised that it had received resolutions for
consideration at BHP's 2024 Annual General Meeting under section 249N of the Corporations Act
from shareholders representing less than 0.17% of BHP's shares on issue.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.17A, BHP advises that the resolutions have been withdrawn
and will not be considered at BHP's 2024 Annual General Meeting.
These resolutions were received ahead of the release of BHP's second Climate Transition Action
Plan. Following the release of the release of BHP's Climate Transition Action Plan on 27 August
2024, the resolutions have been withdrawn by the same group of shareholders who requisitioned
them.
