CHANGE OF EXTERNAL AUDITOR

In accordance with paragraphs 3.75 to 3.78 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, and further to the announcement
published on 24 October 2025 regarding the resignation of BDO South Africa Incorporated as the Group's external
auditor, shareholders are advised that ABC has, on the recommendation of the Group's Audit and Risk Committee,
appointed Forvis Mazars South Africa Incorporated ("Forvis Mazars") as the Group's external auditor, with Wiehann
Olivier as the designated audit partner, with effect from 19 November 2025.

As previously communicated, ABC has adopted a Bitcoin Treasury Strategy and has mandated its subsidiary, Africa
Bitcoin Strategies Proprietary Limited ("ABS"), to implement this strategy through the accumulation and holding of
Bitcoin on behalf of the Group. ABS is expected to be a significant contributor to the Group over time. Forvis Mazars
currently serves as the external auditor to ABS, and its appointment as the Group external auditor aligns the audit of the
Group with that of a key subsidiary and ABC's Bitcoin Treasury Strategy .

In recommending this appointment, the Audit and Risk Committee has considered Forvis Mazars' experience and
technical expertise in auditing entities with material exposure to digital assets, including the accounting, valuation,
custody and assurance considerations associated with the holding of Bitcoin, as well as the firm's capabilities in
performing group audits in accordance with the International Standards on Auditing. The Audit and Risk Committee and
the board of ABC are satisfied that Forvis Mazars has the appropriate skills, resources, experience and independence
to serve as the Group's external auditor and to support ABC's Bitcoin Treasury Strategy and broader reporting and
governance obligations.
