NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

1. No Change Statement

Shareholders of AVI (“Shareholders”) are advised that AVI commenced posting of
its integrated annual report for the year ended 30 June 2021 on Tuesday, 5 October
2021. The integrated annual report contains no modifications to the audited
results published on the Stock Exchange News Service (“SENS”) of the JSE Limited
on Monday, 6 September 2021, and accordingly the Company will not publish an
abridged report. The integrated annual report is also available on the Company’s
website at www.avi.co.za.

2. Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that AVI's annual general meeting will be held at 2 Harries
Road, Illovo, Sandton, at 11:00 on Thursday, 4 November 2021 to transact business
as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting circulated together with
the integrated annual report.
