PARTIAL REDEMPTION

Absa Bank Limited wishes to advise noteholders of a partial capital redemption of its ASN547; ASN752, ASN762 and
ASN768 notes (the "Notes"), following client requests to partially unwind the respective Notes. Following the repurchase
of the unwind units, the Notes will be partially redeemed with effect from Friday, 8 November 2024
