RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Astoria shareholders are referred to the Company’s summarised unaudited results for the quarter ended 31 March 2022
wherein shareholders where, inter alia, advised that Astoria would acquire a 25.1% interest in International Mining and
Dredging Holdings for an aggregate consideration of $5.5 million (the “Proposed Transaction”). Finalisation of the
agreements for the Proposed Transaction are still in process and Astoria shareholders are accordingly advised to continue
to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until further details are released.

Astoria has primary listings on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE.

This announcement is issued pursuant to SEM Listing Rules 11.3 and Rule 5(1) of the Securities (Disclosure Obligations
of Reporting Issuers) Rules 2007. The board of directors of Astoria accepts full responsibility for the accuracy of the
