QUARTERLY UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT - SUSPENSION

In terms of paragraph 1.11(c) of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company is required to provide
an update to shareholders regarding the current state of affairs of the Company until the
suspension is lifted.

The audit of the Company's annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2023 is
progressing well and it is expected that the audited results will be published before the end of
November 2024.

The main reason for the delay from July was that there were additional deliverables requested by
the Company's auditors and the Company is currently compiling this information.

The Company will become compliant with the JSE Listings Requirements once it has issued its
audited Annual Financial Statements and the Annual Report has been distributed to shareholders.
The interim results will be published as soon as possible after the release of the audited results.
