(the "Notes") – Series 45.
The JSE Limited has granted UBS AG approval for the listing of UBS Portfolio
Notes linked to the Allegro Portfolio (the "Reference Portfolio").
The Reference Portfolio, whose composition may vary from time to time, is
actively managed by the Reference Portfolio Advisor and represents a notional
investment in the Reference Portfolio Components as described in detail below

Southern Rock Capital Limited is a privately owned investment firm providing
asset management and advisory services to private clients, trusts,
corporations, and non-profit organisations around the world. Southern Rock
Capital is a highly focused, innovative, and multi-skilled team. They embrace
a sophisticated, process-oriented, technical investment approach to ensure
the delivery of tailored investment solutions for their clients.
The investment strategy seeks to invest in companies that exhibit strong
price momentum. Their quantitative investment process aims to evaluate each
company's price action to determine which companies exhibit high quality of
price momentum that could persist into the future. The resulting portfolio
seeks to provide investors with a benchmark agnostic, concentrated portfolio

Market (as defined in the most recent MSCI

Methodology) worldwide stocks.
UNDERLYING ETF UNIVERSE: ETFs that are physically replicated,
exposed to Developed Market (as defined in
the most recent MSCI Global Investable
Market Indexes Methodology) worldwide
stocks may be incorporated as ETF
Constituents.
UNDERLYING FX CONSTITUENTS: Only FX Forwards exposed to G10 currencies

this Product. Moreover, past performance of other products managed by the
