TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
The Company announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share repurchase programme
announced on 12 March 2024 (the "Share Repurchase Programme"), the Company has purchased
the following number of its ordinary shares of 5 pence each from Morgan Stanley & Co.
International plc. Such purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by the Company on
12 March 2024.

Since 12 March 2024 pursuant to the Share Repurchase Programme, the Company has
purchased 4,459,379 ordinary shares. Following the purchase of these shares, the Company
holds 12,150,626 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 4,990,114,981 ordinary shares in
issue (excluding treasury shares).
