UPDATE ON THE APPOINTMENT OF A FINANCIAL DIRECTOR

Further to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service on 15 December 2022 regarding the
resignation of the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), shareholders are advised that Mr Pienaar Welleman, the Chief
Executive Officer of Texton, has assumed the role of part-time Financial Director until a permanent appointment is
made.

This is in accordance with a dispensation granted by the Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE") pursuant to
paragraph 3.84(f) of the JSE Listings Requirements in terms of which the Company has until 31 July 2024 to
conclude its appointment process.

Shareholders will be advised once the appointment of a permanent CFO has been finalised.
