Transaction:          Restructuring of holding by way of the transfer of enX shares by Mr
                      Mansour from Peresec Prime Brokers Proprietary Limited, which was
                      acting effectively as a nominee to his personal accounts, resulting in a
                      change of beneficial ownership from indirect to direct. The risk and
                      reward of ownership of these shares does not change.
