RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR AND APPOINTMENT OF A DIRECTOR

In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements ("Listings
Requirements"), SABZK shareholders ("Shareholders") are advised that Mr Duncan Pask, a non-
executive director of SABZK, has resigned with immediate effect.

In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements, Shareholders are advised that
Mr Lufuno Trevor Shinwana has been appointed as a non-executive director of SABZK with effect
from 1 February 2024 subject to approval by Shareholders at the next annual general meeting of the
Company.


Lufuno Shinwana is the Company Secretary & Senior Legal Counsel at AB Inbev ("ABI") in Africa. He
holds an LLB from the University of Pretoria and an LLM from Cornell University. Prior to joining ABI,
Lufuno was a practicing competition law attorney at two leading law firms in South Africa.

This appointment is in line with the board of directors' ("Board") policy regarding a clear balance of
power and authority at Board level to ensure that no one director has unfettered powers of decision-
making.

The Chairman of the Board expressed appreciation on behalf of the Board for Mr Pask's valuable
contribution to the Company and welcomed Lufuno to the Board.
