DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT TO RISK AND COMPLIANCE COMMITTEE

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 (c) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that the board of directors of the Company ("Board") has appointed Mr. Alex Phakathi as a member
of the Risk and Compliance Committee ("Committee") with effect from 6 December 2023.
Mr. Phakathi's core competency and experience is in growth property portfolios include mergers and
acquisitions, property asset management, development management, property management, funding
arrangements and negotiations. Mr. Phakathi is a leader in the South African property industry and
has held a number of strategic executive management positions in the property industry. He is also
the Chairman of the Asset, Liability and Investment Committee of the Board.

The Board is looking forward to Mr. Phakathi's contributions to the Committee and wish him well.
