TERMINATION OF THE APPOINTMENT OF VUNANI SPONSORS PROPRIETARY LIMITED AS SPONSOR
AND APPOINTMENT OF PRESCIENT STRUCTURED PRODUCT ADVISORY PROPRIETARY LIMITED AS
PROFESSIONAL ADVISOR

Unitholders are hereby informed that the services of Vunani Sponsors Proprietary Limited as the
Sponsor have been terminated effective 01 November 2023 by EasyETFs (RF) Pty Ltd (formerly Cloud
Atlas (RF) Proprietary Limited) ("the Issuer").

The Issuer obtained a dispensation letter from the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) dated 6
September 2023 in terms of which it was granted dispensation from paragraph 19.9 of the JSE Listings
Requirements.

Prescient Structured Product Advisory Proprietary Limited is appointed as professional advisor to the
Issuer and will assist the Issuer to comply with the relevant JSE Listings Requirements respectively for
the AMIB50 and ASBI as well as for any exchange traded funds which the Issuer may establish in future.
