PITTSBURGH – Montauk Renewables, Inc. ("Montauk" or "the Company") (NASDAQ: MNTK), a
renewable energy company specializing in the management, recovery and conversion of biogas into
renewable natural gas ("RNG"), will host a conference call and webcast on Thursday, November 9, 2023,
