NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR CLOUD ATLAS S&P AFRICAN
SOVEREIGN BOND ETF (“ASBI ETF”) AND AMI BIG50 EX-SA ETF (“BIG50 ETF”) FOR THE YEAR
ENDING 31 DECEMBER 2022


Unitholders are hereby informed of the finalisation of the ASBI ETF and the Big50 ETF Annual Financial
Statements (AFS) under the Cloud Atlas Scheme for the year ended 31 December 2022. The AFS are

The Auditors, BDO South Africa Inc, have stated their opinion as follows: “In our opinion, the financial
statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of Cloud Atlas AMI Big50 Ex-
SA Exchange Traded Fund as at 31 December 2022, and its financial performance and cash flows for
the year then ended in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”)”. Please
refer to page 4 of the AFS for further information.

The ASBI ETF and the Big50 ETF are still currently under suspension from trading and unitholders will
be advised of information with regards to winding up applications of the ASBI ETF and the Big50 ETF
when more information is available.
