On 3 July 2023, Cloud Atlas (RF) (Pty) Ltd, in its capacity as the manager of the Cloud Atlas scheme, applied to the Financial Sector Conduct Authority for the winding up of the ASBI ETF. Unitholders are further referred to the Big50 ETF announcement published on SENS on 24 March 2023 and the update of such announcement, published on SENS on 23 May 2023, in which they were advised that, the Big50 ETF can no longer be an open-ended fund, as required in terms of paragraph 19.62 (a) of the JSE Listing Requirements, and that trading in the secondary market will be impacted and investors will not be able to trade. On 3 July 2023, Cloud Atlas (RF) (Pty) Ltd, in its capacity as the manager of the Cloud Atlas scheme, applied to the Financial Sector Conduct Authority for the winding up of the Big50 ETF.
