ANNUAL RESULTS PRESENTATION

Shareholders are advised that Safari intends to release its financial results for the year ended
31 March 2022 on Wednesday, 29 June 2022. There will be a live webcast on Wednesday,
29 June 2022 at 10:00 SAST. Shareholders wishing to view the live webcast should register
at http://SafariInvestmentsFY2022.bdstream.co.za.

The presentation slides will be made available on Safari’s website shortly before the webcast
under Investor Relations / Presentations and Videos. The 2022 Integrated Annual Report will
also be available on the website under Investor Relations / Financial Statements from
Wednesday, 29 June 2022.
