PUBLICATION OF THE COMPANY’S AUDITED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE
YEAR ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2022


The Company hereby advises that its audited annual financial statements for the year ended
28 February 2022, as well as the audited annual financial statements of its holding company and
guarantor, PSG Konsult Limited (“Guarantor”), for the year ended 28 February 2022, are available
on the Company’s website at www.psg.co.za/about-us/archive (in the case of the Company) and
www.psg.co.za/investor-relations/overview (in the case of the Guarantor) and may also be requested
and obtained, at no charge, from the Company at companysecretary@psg.co.za and from its Debt
Sponsor, PSG Capital.

The unqualified audit reports of Deloitte & Touche, the registered auditor of the Company and the
Guarantor, are included in the aforementioned annual financial statements of the Company and the
Guarantor, respectively. The audit report issued in respect of the annual financial statements of the
Guarantor includes communication of the key audit matters.
