Award of share appreciation rights in terms of the equity-settled Share Appreciation Rights Plan
which together with the associated award prices were approved by shareholders at the Annual
General Meeting held on 30 July 2021. The award will be divided into four portions, and will
vest, subject to performance conditions linked to share price growth, and continued
employment and may be exercised within a five year period. A concurrent holding period up to
a maximum of 5 years is also in place.
