POSTPONEMENT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the Company’s Integrated Report incorporating a notice of
Annual General Meeting and to the SENS announcement of 2 November 2021 in which it was
confirmed that the the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held at 10h00 on Wednesday,
8 December 2021.
Due to the high transmissibility of the Omicron COVID-19 variant and as a result of the
substantial increase in the number of shareholders in the Company, the Board is concerned
that the electronic platform provided for purposes of facilitating a hybrid-AGM will not be able
to accommodate a fully virtual AGM. A decision has accordingly been taken to postpone the
AGM and shareholders are accordingly advised that the AGM will no longer be held on
8 December 2021 as previously announced.
The Company will distribute a revised Notice of Annual General Meeting providing for new
salient dates and times for the AGM in due course and the new salient dates and times will be
published on SENS.
