Listing of additional 1nvestPalladium debentures – ETFPLD and ENXPLD (NSX)

1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 02 December 2021, issued an additional 200,000
1nvestPalladium debentures at an approximate issue price of R276.6084 per additional
1nvestPalladium debenture, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 1,939.108 fine troy
ounces of Palladium.

After the additional issue, there will be 3,154,050 1nvestPalladium debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 30,604.255 fine troy ounces of Palladium.
