Changes to the Board of Directors

Kumba is pleased to announce the following changes to the committees of the Board of the company effective from Friday, 23 July 2021:

-    Mr Terence Goodlace was appointed as Chairman of the Nominations and Governance Committee
-    Mrs Mary Bomela was appointed as a member of the Strategy and Investment Comitttee
-    Mrs Michelle Jenkins was appointed as a member of the Human Resources and Remuneration Committee
-    Mrs Josephine Tsele was appointed as a member of the Social, Ethics and Transformation Committee and the Strategy and Investment
     Committee.

The announcement is made in compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.
