PARTIAL CAPITAL REDUCTION


In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Redefine Properties ZAR30 000 000 000
domestic medium term note (DMTN) programme dated 20 July 2021, as amended from time to
time, noteholders are herewith advised of the partial capital reduction of the RDFB11, RDFB16
and RDFB19 notes.
