NOTIFICATION OF TECHNICAL AND REGULATORY AMENDMENTS TO REDEFINE’S ZAR30 000 000 000 
DOMESTIC MEDIUM-TERM NOTE PROGRAMME


Noteholders are advised that Redefine’s ZAR30 000 000 000 Domestic Medium-Term Note
Programme has been updated by an amended and restate Programme Memorandum, dated
20 July 2021 (“Programme Memorandum”), to incorporate certain technical and regulatory
changes as further detailed below:

Changes required by the JSE Debt Listings Requirements

-   update to the Programme Memorandum from a technical and regulatory perspective in 
    order to comply with the recent amendments to the JSE Debt Listings Requirements; and
-   update to “Documents incorporated by reference” section.
