DISTRIBUTION OF INTEGRATED REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (“AGM”)
Security holders are advised that the Company’s 2020 Integrated Report containing a summary of the
consolidated annual financial statements (“the financial statements”) for the year ended 31 December 2020 is
available for viewing and downloading on the Company’s website, www.bafokengplatinum.co.za/integrated-
reports. A copy of the report will be posted to shareholders on Friday, 12 March 2021.
Notice of AGM
The twelfth AGM of RBPlat shareholders will be held at the Company’s corporate office, No. 1 Monte Casino
Boulevard, The Pivot, Block C, 4th Floor, Fourways at 10:00 on Friday, 9 April 2021, for the purpose of
transacting the business as outlined in the notice of AGM forming part of the 2020 Integrated Report.
Shareholders wishing to participate in the AGM are encouraged to do so via teleconference. To register
for the teleconference, contact the company secretary by no later than 16h00 on Tuesday, 6 April 2021
to obtain the relevant details.
In order to participate in the AGM, the record date for holders to be recorded as shareholders in the securities
register maintained by the transfer secretaries of the Company is Thursday, 1 April 2021. Accordingly, the last
date that holders can trade in the Company’s shares and still be able to participate and vote at the AGM is
Monday, 29 March 2021.
