RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of shareholders held on Tuesday, 16 February 2021 (in
terms of the notice of annual general meeting dispatched to shareholders on Friday, 18 December 2020), all of the
resolutions tabled thereat were passed by the requisite majority of Indluplace shareholders.

Details of the results of voting at the annual general meeting are as follows:

- total number of Indluplace shares in issue and which could have been voted at the annual general meeting:
  341 797 084; and
- total number of Indluplace shares that were present/represented at the annual general meeting: 292 490 902, being
  85.57% of the total number of Indluplace shares that could have been voted at the annual general meeting.
