RESULTS OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING AND CHANGE TO THE BOARD


Shareholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 30 December 2020 and
4 January 2021 respectively in which they were advised that AH-Vest had received valid demands
from Eastern Trading Co (Pty) Ltd, a major shareholder of the Company and Mr Ismail Darsot, in
terms of clauses 20.1 and 20.1.5 of the Company’s memorandum of incorporation read with
section 61(3) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008, to call an extraordinary general meeting of
shareholders (“EGM”) for purposes of considering and, if deemed fit, approving the removal of Mr
Maslamony Pather as a director of AH-Vest and that a notice convening an EGM for the purposes
of considering and, if deemed fit, passing, with or without modification, the resolutions contained in
such notice had been distributed to shareholders together with the Company’s Integrated Annual
Report.

Shareholders are advised that at the EGM held on 27 January 2021, the ordinary resolutions
proposed at the EGM were approved by the requisite majority of votes.

removed as a director on the AH-Vest Board with effect from 27 January 2021.
