Notification of Adjustment Event on UBS Long/Short Certificate on Naspers
Limited (Long) vs. Prosus NV (Short) – Series 89 and 91.

Certificateholders of UBS Long/Short Certificates are hereby advised of an
Amendment Event that supersedes the Final Terms dated 19 March 2020.

The purpose of this Amended and Restated Final Terms relating to Alpha
Code UBNPNS (series 89) is to amend the Issue Price from 1,949.10 to
1,481.94 and the Cash Component from 1,598.70 to 1,131.54. The purpose of
this Amended and Restated Final Terms relating to Alpha Code UBNPNU
(series 91) is to amend the Issue Price from 2,601.31 to 1,992.93 and the
Cash Component from 2,220.70 to 1,612.32.

This listing is issued under the JSE Information Memorandum for the
Issuance of South African Securities up to an authorised amount of ZAR 14
000 000 000.

Effective date of the adjustment: Wednesday, 27 January 2021.
