AVAILABILITY OF THE INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT, NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND AVAILABILITY OF
BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT COMPLIANCE REPORT
Shareholders are advised that the Indluplace’s integrated annual report incorporating the audited annual
financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2020 (on which the Company’s auditors expressed an
unmodified audit opinion) has been published and is available on the Company’s website at:
https://www.indluplace.co.za/downloads/2020/results/Indluplace-2020-AR.pdf.
The integrated annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting which will be held on Tuesday,
16 February 2021 at 10:00 at the offices of Indluplace at 3rd Floor, upper building, 1 Sturdee Avenue,
Rosebank, Johannesburg, (the “AGM”).
The Company has made provision for Indluplace shareholders or their proxies to participate electronically in
the AGM by way of telephone conferencing on MS Teams. Should shareholders wish to participate in the
AGM by telephone conference call or MS Teams as aforesaid, the shareholder or its proxy as the case may
be, will be required to advise the Company thereof by no later than 10h00 on Friday, 12 February 2021. Full
details for purposes of electronic participation are set out in the notice of AGM.
The last day to trade in order to be participate in and vote at the AGM is Tuesday, 2 February 2021 and the
record date for voting purposes is Friday, 5 February 2021.
Shareholders are further advised that, in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company’s
annual compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment
Act 53 of 2003 read with the Broad-Based Black Empowerment Amendment Act 46 of 2013, has been
published and is available on the Company’s website at the following link:
