These annual results for the year ended 30 June 2020 have been audited by the Company’s auditor, Moore
Johannesburg Inc., who expressed an unmodified audit opinion thereon. However, attention is drawn to note 35 in
the consolidated and separate financial statements, which indicates that the Group incurred a net loss of R7 046 000
during the year ended 30 June 2020. These events or conditions, along with other matters as set forth in note 39,
indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Group’s ability to continue as a going
concern. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter.
