EXTENSION TO THE POSTING DATE OF THE OFFER DOCUMENTS (“CIRCULAR”)
Unless otherwise indicated, capitalised words and terms contained in this announcement shall bear the same
meanings ascribed thereto in the joint firm intention announcement published by Accentuate on SENS on 12
October 2020 (“FIA”).
In terms of the FIA, Accentuate Shareholders were advised that the Circular was expected to be posted on or about
9 November 2020 however due to a delay in the review of the proforma financial information the finalisation of the
Circular has been delayed.
Whilst Accentuate and the Offeror are committed to posting the Circular as soon as reasonably possible,
Accentuate Shareholders are advised that the TRP has granted an extension to the posting date, in terms of which
the Circular is required to be posted to Accentuate Shareholders by 30 November 2020.
Further information including, inter alia, the salient dates and times pertaining to the transaction will be published
on SENS on or about the posting date.
