In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Rebosis (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Isabeau King has resigned as Chief Financial Officer
of the Company. Her contractual notice period is three months from 1 August 2020 till 31 October 2020 during
which time she will ensure a smooth handover.

The Board thanks Ms King for her contribution to the Company and wishes her well in her future endeavours.

The Company has appointed Ms Asathi Magwentshu as acting Chief Financial Officer. Ms Magwentshu has been
an integral part of the Rebosis finance team. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has been part of the
Rebosis finance team as General Manager for the last three years. She was previously with other property funds
in a similar capacity and has vast experience within the property, medical and banking industries as well as in
compliance, investor relations and equity and interest rate derivatives.

The Board congratulates Ms Magwentshu on her acting position and will embark on a process of identifying a
permanent candidate including her as consideration.
