Security holders are further referred to the market notices issued by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority ("FSCA") relating to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the national lockdown on financial reporting and auditing processes. As a result, the FSCA granted companies with financial year-ends of 31 December 2019 to 30 April 2020 an extension of two months to complete their year-end financial reporting process. The Company will take advantage of the FSCA extension and will accordingly not release its audited financial results for the 9-month period ended 31 March 2020 by 30 June 2020.
