Notification of Redemption and Early Termination Event for the UBS
Autocallable Note linked to the SX5E; NKY; SPX and SMI Index (the "Notes")
and capital and interest payment.

As announced on Monday, 26 January 2026, UBS AG, as Issuer of the UBS
Autocallable Note linked to the SX5E; NKY; SPX and SMI Index (the "Notes"),
hereby notifies holders that, following the Observation Date on Monday, 23
February 2026, the conditions for an Early Termination Event were met.

Therefore the abovementioned Note will automatically exercise and terminate,
and an Early Termination Amount will be paid in respect of each Note of a
nominal amount equal to the Calculation Amount.

The note will be suspended from trading effective, Wednesday, 25 February
2026.
