Shareholders are advised that, in addition to Attacq’s audited consolidated financial statements for the
year ended 30 June 2026, as published on 15 September 2026 and on which the Company’s auditors
expressed an unmodified audit opinion, Attacq's integrated report for the financial year ended 30 June
2026 is available on the Company's website at:

Notice of annual general meeting
A notice of annual general meeting for Attacq shareholders, to be held at 09:00 on Thursday,
12 November 2026 (the "AGM"), has been distributed to shareholders and is available on the Company's
website at:

The AGM will be held at the Conference Centre, Maxwell Office Park, 37 Magwa Crescent, Waterfall City
and via telephonic conference call facilities.

The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the AGM is Monday, 2 November
2026, and the record date to participate in and vote at the AGM is Friday, 6 November 2026.

Availability of Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Annual Compliance Certificate
Shareholders are hereby notified that, in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, Attacq’s annual
compliance report in terms of section 13(G)(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act
53 of 2003 read with the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act 46 of 2013, has
been published and is available on the Company’s website:
