ACCEPTANCE OF 2026 SHARE SCHEME AWARDS
The following directors, prescribed officers and the group secretary of the Company have been awarded
and have accepted conditional awards in terms of the Performance Reward Plan (PRP) and awards in
the Standard Bank Deferred Bonus Scheme 2012 (DBS). Awards in the PRP and DBS are settled in
ordinary shares upon vesting, subject to the outcome of the conditions imposed.
The conditional PRP units awarded are subject to retention, forfeiture, clawback and performance
conditions and vest in accordance with the rules of the PRP.
The DBS units awarded are subject to retention, forfeiture and clawback conditions and vest in
accordance with the rules of the DBS.
