APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS TO THE BOARD OF ACSA

In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, 
noteholders are hereby advised that ACSA is pleased to announce the appointment of the following non-executive 
directors to the Board of ACSA (the "Board") due to the end of term of previous non-executive directors:

The effective date of appointment of the following non-executive directors is 2 April 2026:

  •   Mr   Irvin Phenyane ("Chairman of the Board")
  •   Mr   Theunis Chamberlain
  •   Ms   Xoliswa Daku
  •   Ms   Keitumetse Mahlangu
  •   Mr   Patrick Mnisi
  •   Mr   Surendra Sooklal, and

The effective date of appointment of the below non-executive directors is 6 August 2026.

  •   Ms Ulandi Exner
  •   Mr Kurt Parker

The appointments of the directors were made pursuant to the policy dealing with the nomination of directors of 
the issuer.

With these appointments, the Board comprises twelve members with a balanced mix of skills and expertise.

Pursuant to the appointment of these non-executive directors, the committees of the Board will be reconstituted 
and noteholders will be advised in due course.

ACSA welcomes the new directors.
