Annual financial results and audited consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended
31 March 2026 and dividend declaration

Shareholders are advised that YeboYethu's annual results and audited consolidated annual financial
statements for the year ended 31 March 2026 ("Annual Financial Statements") are available on
YeboYethu's website at https://www.yeboyethu.co.za/announcements_results.php and the Annual
Financial Statement are available on the JSE Limited ("JSE") cloudlink at
https://senspdf.jse.co.za/documents/2026/jse/issa/YYLBEE/FY2026.pdf. The salient features include:

•   Basic earnings per share and headline earnings per share of cents 3 359 cents (31 March 2025: 4 418
    cents) representing a decrease of approximately 24%.
•   Net profit of R1 777.2 million (31 March 2025: R2 337.6 million), a decrease of approximately 24%.
•   Final dividend of 106 cents per share (31 March 2025: 101 cents per share) representing an increase
    of approximately 5%, in accordance with the funding terms of the Black Economic Empowerment
    transaction.
•   The net asset value per share increased by more than 42% from 7 377 cents per share for the year
    ended 31 March 2025 to 10 533 cents per share for the year ended 31 March 2026.


YeboYethu's only investment is in Vodacom Group Limited ('Vodacom'). The variance in the financial
indicators as disclosed above is attributable to the volatility in the Vodacom share price. Shareholders are
advised that Vodacom has released its annual results for the year ended 31 March 2026 on the Stock
Exchange News Service of the JSE which is available for download on the Vodacom website hosted at
www.vodacom .com

In addition, shareholders are advised that the unqualified report of the independent auditors, Ernst & Young
Inc., is included in the Annual Financial Statements. This results announcement has been prepared in
compliance with the JSE Listings Requirements, is the responsibility of the directors of YeboYethu and has
not been audited or reported on by the external auditors. Any investment decisions should be based on the
Annual Financial Statements as the information in this results announcement does not provide all of the
details.

Declaration of dividend number 27 - payable from income reserves

Notice is hereby given that a gross final dividend No. 27 of 106 cents per ordinary share in respect of the
year ended 31 March 2026 has been declared payable on Monday, 6 July 2026 to shareholders recorded in
the register at the close of business on Friday, 3 July 2026. The number of ordinary shares in issue at the
date of this declaration was 52 915 960. The ordinary dividend will be subject to a local dividend withholding
tax rate of 20%. Accordingly, for those shareholders not exempt from paying dividend withholding tax, the
net ordinary dividend will 84.80000 cents per ordinary share.

6 July 2026.
